So, what is this site/ blog about?

As a business major, I realized that even though I had prepared for years learning about business while simultaneously working an office job sitting behind a desk, I felt that I should continue to practice and improve my hands on DIY skills. I feel that learning to do things yourself is important. Having proper tools to take on projects yourself is important too. In this blog I do just that, take on projects myself and also do tool reviews along the way. I cannot stress enough the importance of learning to do things yourself. We live in a time where everything is at our reach with a simple swipe on our phones. We can buy and replace anything instantly online. Don’t get me wrong, that is very good. Thanks to the internet we have everything at our reach. But I feel we need to practice taking on projects ourselves too instead of just contracting someone all the time. Because we just don’t know when those skills will need to be put to the test. Even though for now we are still able to find people who are willing to take on the physical labor we need to get done, it seems that it's beginning to get hard to find good help. A lot of people don't want anything to do with hands on jobs that require for us to get our hands dirty. This is why it is important we learn to do things ourselves.
